01 Acceptance of Terms
By using the Simeron AI platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
For Accounting Firms
If you are using the platform on behalf of a firm or company, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms.
02 What the Service Does
Simeron AI automates accounting tasks: document recognition (OCR), expense categorization under ΕΓΛΣ, VAT calculation, Epsilon export, and synchronization with AADE myDATA.
The platform does not replace your accountant. Users are responsible for final review and submission of tax filings.
03 User Obligations
Account Security
You are responsible for your password and all activity on your account.
Data Accuracy
The information you provide (AFM, email, company name) must be accurate and up-to-date.
Lawful Use
You may only use the platform for lawful purposes, in compliance with Greek and EU law.
04 Intellectual Property
The software, design, and content of the Simeron AI platform are owned by Simeron AI and protected by intellectual property law.
You are granted a license to use the Service for your accounting work only. Redistribution or copying is not permitted.
05. Data & Privacy
We encrypt your data in transit and at rest. We fully comply with GDPR and Greek law. Your documents are not used to train third-party AI models.
06. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, without prior notice.
07. Limitation of Liability
Simeron AI is not liable for errors in tax filings or damages arising from use of the platform. Users bear final responsibility for review before submission.
08. AI & myDATA
The platform uses AI for document recognition and expense categorization. Suggestions are advisory — users approve every classification. Simeron AI acts as an intermediary for myDATA transmission — AADE platform availability is outside our control.
09. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
