For accounting firms and businesses, we provide dedicated Data Processing Agreements (DPA) in compliance with GDPR.

Account Information

Company name, tax ID (AFM), email, and login credentials required to operate your account.

Financial Documents

Invoices, receipts, accounting entries, and files you upload or that our AI processes for expense classification.

Usage Data

IP addresses and browsing data used for security and platform improvement.

03 How We Protect Your Data

AES-256 Encryption

All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

Isolated Processing

Your documents are processed in an isolated environment. We never share data between clients.

04 Your Rights

Under GDPR and Greek law, you have the following rights:

01 Access and export all your data in a machine-readable format.

02 Information on how AI processed your documents.

03 Permanent deletion of your account and data, unless legally required to retain.

04 File a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

05 Use of Artificial Intelligence

The platform uses AI for automatic document recognition (OCR) and expense categorization. AI suggestions are advisory — users review and approve every classification before submission. You may request human review at any time (GDPR Article 22).

06 Governing Law

This policy is governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
