Simeron AI protects accounting data with encryption, access controls, account isolation, audit logs, and controlled AI infrastructure.

Data protection

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored in encrypted infrastructure services. Invoice files and accounting data are isolated per account.

Access and secrets

Production access is restricted to authorized technical staff. API keys, myDATA credentials, and production secrets are stored outside source code.

AI infrastructure

OCR, GL classification, and supporting AI functions run through controlled providers such as Microsoft Azure, Modal, and Google Cloud depending on the feature.

Auditability

Uploads, classifications, exports, and syncs are logged so each invoice flow can be audited.

Incident response

Security incidents are assessed, contained, and communicated according to GDPR breach-notification requirements where applicable.
